Job summary

AbleLight in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are energetic, compassionate, and self-motivated to empower individuals with IDD to live independently and participate in their communities. As a DSP, you’ll build trusting relationships, encourage personal growth, assist with daily living activities, and provide companionship, advocacy, and mentorship.
