AbleLight in Fremont, CA is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and achieve personal goals.

You’ll build relationships, encourage independence, assist with daily living, provide companionship, and participate in community activities. Training is provided, and a supportive team environment helps you grow in your career.
