Winter Family Care LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Brookston or Floodwood, MN. This full-time DSP role involves assisting individuals with daily living skills, medication, hygiene, meals, mobility, and community activities. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean background check.

Training is provided. The position offers a base pay of $20.50 per hour plus shift differentials, with a 12-hour shift

Location: A mix of multiple Winter Family Care licensed facilities

Status: Full-time (day shift or overnight shifts available!)

Pay rate: $20.50 per hour + Shift Differentials

What You'll Do:
