As a Residential Skills Instructor or Awake Overnight staff, you provide essential support and companionship to individuals who need help with daily activities in a residential home.

These are non-exempt full-time/part-time positions. The hourly rate is $21.63. You will be a union member to SEIU Local 509.
As a residential skills instructor or Awake Overnight staff, you will be assisting 4 individuals ranging from ages 22 and up, with their activities of daily living (ADL’s) such as - feeding, cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene assistance, documentation, and medication administration. You will use a wheelchair van to transport individuals to appointments and community activities. During the overnight hours, you will also be responsible for remaining alert and attentive, conducting routine wellness checks on individuals, and providing personal care support, including toileting assistance and brief changes as needed.
