Job summary

Dungarvin in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring a Part-Time Direct Support Professional for our Adult Day Program. Work Monday–Friday, 8:30a–3:00p, with no evenings or weekends, and benefits eligible. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, with a full range up to $26.20.

A Different Kind of DSP Role

This is not your typical DSP or caregiving role. Dungarvin is hiring experienced Direct Support Professionals and human services professionals to join our Adult Day Program, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build confidence, learn new skills, and become more independent.

You will lead group activities, teach practical life skills, support community outings, provide personal care and behavioral support, and encourage individuals as they work toward meaningful goals.
