Dungarvin is hiring Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to join our Adult Day Program in California. You will lead group activities, teach life skills, support community outings, and provide personal care and behavioral support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends. Benefits eligible, including health coverage and retirement options, with competitive pay and growth opportunities within a national brand.

A Different Kind of DSP Role

This is not your typical DSP or caregiving role. Dungarvin is hiring experienced Direct Support Professionals and human services professionals to join our Adult Day Program, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build confidence, learn new skills, and become more independent.

You will lead group activities, teach practical life skills, support community outings, provide personal care and behavioral support, and encourage individuals as they work toward meaningful goals. If you enjoy being hands-on, staying active, teaching others, and making each day meaningful, this could be a great fit.

Perks of the Position

• Competitive Pay: $23.50/hour
• Full Range Scale: $23.50 - $26.20 per hour. The starting rate for this position is fixed at $23.50 per hour. Pay increases occur over time and are tied to tenure/length of employment with Dungarvin.
