Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the DART program in Grand Rapids. This on-site, part-time 2nd shift role supports individuals to build independence through daily living activities, health and wellness, and community involvement.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, medications, transportation, and fostering meaningful skill development, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct care or similar support setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and medications.
• Support community outings and transportation.
