Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Dayton, OH to provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety, so no prior experience is required.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are needed to transport clients as part of daily activities. We offer paid training, a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, PTO, annual pay increases, flexible

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• MVRS criteria may apply.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Perform household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

Requirements for this position include:
