Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey.

This in-person position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits. Training includes the College of Direct Support online courses and emphasis on reliable transportation for local assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Developmental Disabilities
Starting Pay: $21.40

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.
