Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. You will provide hands-on assistance, emotional support, and community engagement to help clients achieve independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, supporting community participation, medication administration if certified, and maintaining progress notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's- or equivalent-level education not required beyond high school.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members.
• Background check and drug screening clearance required (where applicable).
