Job summary

Dungarvin in Norwalk, CA is seeking dedicated staff to coach and mentor individuals with I/DD, leading activities, teaching daily skills, and supporting independence in a dynamic, active environment.

You will document daily outcomes, collaborate with a team, and provide compassionate, person-centered care, including personal care and behavior support, while ensuring safety and engagement.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van.
• Comfortable providing personal care and behavioral support.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer 50 pounds.

• Report daily outcomes within the electronic documentation system.
