The Arkansas Center for Independence is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible, with emphasis on dignity, choice, and community inclusion. As a DSP, you will assist with daily living activities, support medication routines, teach life skills, organize activities, and provide safe transportation.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, dependable individuals who enjoy helping others.
• High school diploma or GED required (experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus).
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Arkansas driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist individuals with mobility and personal care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
