Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in New Lexington, OH is hiring DSPs to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training is provided in full, so no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting independence and safety.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily activities.
• Perform household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required .
