ViaQuest Residential Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Mt. Vernon, OH. Earn $17.75-$18.75 per hour with paid training and multiple shifts available.

No experience is required; training starts day one to help you succeed. As a DSP, you will build meaningful relationships while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently and reach personal goals. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to meet ViaQuest Authorized Driver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal growth.
• Teach and encourage independence.
• Provide personal care as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
• Create a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
• Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and community events.
