ViaQuest, Inc. is opening a new Residential location in Mount Vernon, OH. We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help individuals with developmental disabilities live more independent lives.

No experience required; paid training provided, including CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications. We offer full-time and part-time positions across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with comprehensive benefits and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we train you from day one.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance.
• Ability to meet ViaQuest Authorized Driver requirements.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and assist individuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
• Assisting with daily living skills and personal growth.
• Teaching and encouraging independence.
• Providing personal care as needed.
• Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks.
• Creating a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
• Transporting individuals to appointments, activities, and community events.
