ASG Home Care is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one, helping with daily living activities and promoting independence while following each ISP and documenting services in EVV.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, per-diem) and local cases near you, with competitive pay based on experience and case needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass fingerprinting, background checks, and drug screening (required).
• CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands-on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one-on-one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
