Job summary

You will work as part of a compassionate team, documenting progress, coordinating with families and staff, and helping clients participate in social and recreational activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or related field preferred.
• Compassionate, patient demeanor with strong communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support clients in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
• Foster a positive, respectful relationship with clients while promoting their independence and personal choices.
• Assist clients in developing skills for everyday living and participate in social and recreational activities.
