Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Cambria County. Join a mission-driven team to support individuals with I/DD in living more independently.

This part-time DSP role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, and mileage reimbursement to keep you close to home. You will provide compassionate in-home support, assist with daily living tasks, and help clients participate in meaningful activities while maintaining dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD (or willingness to train through our apprentice program).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Reliable transportation to support client needs.
