Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them live more independently and with confidence. You will serve as a trusted companion and advocate for daily living and community participation.

We offer flexible part-time schedules, close-to-home shifts, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team culture.

• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community.

• Sunbury, PA - days
• Kulpmont, PA - overnight weekends
• Short commutes (typically within 30 minutes of home)
• Mileage reimbursement options
