Job summary

Center for Disability Services (CDS) in Ohio is hiring Direct Support Professionals to mentor and assist individuals with developmental disabilities across all shifts. You will help people learn daily living skills, increase independence, and participate in community activities, with flexible scheduling and no mandatory overtime.

Starting wage is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with paid training and benefits available.

Starting pay varies based on position, experience and current certifications.

High school diploma/GED preferred but not required for all positions.

Valid Driver's License preferred
