Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Pay Rate: 17.85

What You’ll Do

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in living their best, most independent lives.
• Encourage communication, personal growth, and celebrate each person’s unique strengths.
• Plan and participate in recreational activities, such as karaoke and game nights.
• Serve as a positive role model, mentor, and cheerleader.

Keep Things Organized

• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist with finances, purchases, and ensuring funds are properly tracked.

Health & Happiness

• Support medication administration, medical appointments, and emotional well‑being.
• Prepare meals and assist with personal hygiene and daily care needs.

Safety

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Follow safety procedures, including transportation safety and emergency protocols.
• Build strong relationships with individuals, families, coworkers, and the community.
• Attend trainings and meetings and contribute positively to the team.

What You’ll Need
