Mains’l Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower people in their homes and communities. You’ll be supported with training and opportunities to grow, in a role that makes a real difference every shift.

You’ll provide person-centered supports, transportation assistance, and help maintain safe, clean living spaces while documenting activities and progress. A background-friendly, inclusive work culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid US driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building).
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities.

Pay & Schedule

• $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support


• Full-Time and Part-Time Options available
