Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Danville, VA is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, person‑centered in‑home support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them live more independently and confidently.

In this role you’ll build meaningful one‑to‑one connections, assist with daily living tasks, meals, routines, transportation, and community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community.
