Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Albrightsville and surrounding areas. You will build meaningful one-on-one connections, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and champion for their independence.

In this DSP role, you’ll empower independence, engage clients in hobbies and routines, and help with daily living activities while ensuring dignity in personal care and transport to appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community.
