ViaQuest Residential Services in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Training for this position is provided in full, so no prior experience is required to start helping individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting independence and safety.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Complete household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety sono experience is required.
