Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Cumberland County for part-time day hours during the week. You will provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 18 years old and 1 year of experience supporting individuals with IDD.
• Reliable transportation to drive clients to appointments.

• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship.
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings.
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible.

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals in Cumberland County for part-time day hours during the week.

What You'll Do

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events

• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

What We're Looking For
