COF Training Services Inc. in Ottawa, Kansas (also serving Burlington and Osage City) is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help adults with IDD live more independently.

The role includes personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication assistance, with opportunities to participate in community outings. We offer paid training, PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, casual dress, and early pay options.

Qualifications
