Job summary

Beulah Home Care LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care for individuals with disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and help clients achieve their goals in a supportive setting.

Two shifts are available: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification is a plus; a background check clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well‑being.
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Monitor client health and report any changes to the care team.
• Encourage clients to engage in recreational and social activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client progress.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
