Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks (showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments; valid Arkansas driver’s license required.
• Maintain communications via logs/meetings about client progress and needs.
• Complete required documentation (reports, forms, logs) accurately and timely.
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor procedures as needed.
