Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Day Services in Seneca Falls, NY. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily activities, personal growth, and community involvement with a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Paid training and career development are provided. The position offers a per diem schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a pay rate of $17.92–$18.67 per hour based on experience.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required

As a DSP, you'll help create a safe, positive, and empowering environment while supporting daily activities, community involvement, and personal growth. Your guidance and encouragement will make a lasting difference in the lives of the people you support.

Pay Rate: $17.92-$18.67 per hour (based experience)

Schedule: Relief (Per Diem) Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Location: Seneca County (Seneca Falls, NY)

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is preferred.
