Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Day Services in Seneca Falls, NY. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to explore interests, gain confidence in social settings, and pursue personal goals in a structured, compassionate environment.

The role offers paid training, career development, and a supportive, person-centered culture. The position is per diem, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, located in Seneca County.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Every day is different. One moment you may be helping someone gain confidence in a social setting, and the next you may be celebrating a milestone they've worked hard to achieve.

As a DSP, you'll help create a safe, positive, and empowering environment while supporting daily activities, community involvement, and personal growth. Your guidance and encouragement will make a lasting difference in the lives of the people you support.

Pay Rate: $17.92-$18.67 per hour (based experience)

Schedule: Relief (Per Diem) Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Location: Seneca County (Seneca Falls, NY)

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is preferred.
