Living Resources Career Opportunties in Saratoga County seeks Direct Support Professionals to join the Day Community Opportunity Program. The role supports individuals with disabilities in the community, with flexible full-time and part-time hours, 8am to 4pm, Monday–Friday.

You’ll help participants engage in activities while promoting dignity and independence. You will receive paid training, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, retirement programs, ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid NYS Driver's License for transporting individuals to activities and appointments.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to perform lifting, repositioning, and transferring without restriction.

Responsabilités

• Directly support individuals with disabilities in daily activities and community participation.
• Assist with transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Foster a caring, collaborative team environment and promote independence.

Our Day Community Opportunity Program in Saratoga County, is seeking Direct Support Professionals. Do you want to have fun with our individuals who are independent within the community? We love to help them reach their goals by participating within the community, as well as volunteering to reach their short and long term goals. Great opportunity to grow and become part of a great team in Saratoga County Day Community Program.

Schedule: Full Time and Part-time, Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm. Must be flexible.

Requirements

• Passionate about making a difference
• At least 18 years of age
• Have a valid NYS Driver's License for transporting individuals to community activities and appointments
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to perform all tasks which require lifting, re-positioning and transferring without restriction
