Job summary

Living Resources in Dutchess County is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with disabilities to live independently and with dignity. You will work with a compassionate team to support daily activities, facilitate community participation, and provide nurturing care in a person-centered environment.

Our Day Community Opportunity Program in Dutchess County, is seeking Direct Support Professionals. Do you want to have fun with our individuals who are independent within the community? We love to help them reach their goals by participating within the community, as well as volunteering to reach their short and long term goals. Great opportunity to grow and become part of a great team in Dutchess County Day Community Program.

Schedule

Full-Time or Part-time, Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Requirements

• Passionate about making a difference
• At least 18 years of age
• Have a valid NYS Driver's License for transporting individuals to community activities and appointments
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to perform all tasks which require lifting, re-positioning and transferring without restriction
