Wellspring Lutheran Services – Bethesda Homes is seeking Direct Support Professionals for per diem, hourly roles. You will support individuals in a residential setting, helping with daily routines, personal care, meals, and appointments, while promoting independence and meaningful activities.

You'll build relationships, celebrate achievements, and empower people to live with dignity and choice in a 24-hour setting. Training is provided; benefits include DailyPay and support programs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support individuals with dignity and respect.
• Commitment to learning and professional growth.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Aufgaben

• Provide support to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medications, appointments and other daily routines.
• Help create opportunities for meaningful experiences through community outings, activities, hobbies and social engagement.
• Contribute to Individual Support Plans by observing, celebrating achievements, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Create a safe, welcoming home environment where individuals feel valued and connected.
