Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED, CPR/FA, CPI, DSP 1 & 2 preferred.
• DSP Certifications must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum Experience: 3+ years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or related needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
• Support with dietary, hygiene, bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Assist with restroom and ADLs as needed.
• Prepare daily meals and assist with cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report incidents.
• Coordinate with family and participate in IPP goals.
