Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Irvine, CA, to assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in daily living tasks and community activities. This role requires compassion, reliability, and adherence to care plans.

Responsibilities include implementing IPP/ISP goals, maintaining a safe environment, and coordinating with staff. The position offers both part-time and full-time options with a comprehensive benefits package and a $1000 sign-on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CPR/FA certification required.
• CPI certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
• Develop and support IPP/ISP goals with residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment for clients.
• Accompany residents to family visits and social activities.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and daily living tasks.
• Report incidents and communicate with administrators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
