Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with developmental disabilities in Costa Mesa, CA. This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday evening shifts, with a $18–$19 hourly rate and a $1000 sign-on bonus.

Typical duties include daily living support, meal prep, personal care, and transportation as needed. A California driver’s license and CPR/First Aid are required, with background checks and orientation before start.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a California Driver’s License.
• Candidates must pass pre-employment background check.
• CPI preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid / CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
• Assist with complete care including dietary, hygiene, bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Outline and prepare daily routines for clients per IPP/ISP.
• Support IPP/ISP goals and resident development.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with transportation as needed.
• Communicate incidents to administrators and perform other duties as assigned.
