Essential Services LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Eugene, OR to provide person-centered care for individuals with disabilities in homes and communities. You will assist with daily living tasks, implement ISP goals, and promote independence while working in a supportive, mission-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior DSP or caregiving experience preferred.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with high behavioral needs.
• Available to work weekends.
• Own reliable transportation for transporting clients.
• Smartphone with internet access for documentation.
• Pass DHS background check.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily tasks such as hygiene, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Implement goals outlined in the ISP.
• Foster routines and support client development.
• Accompany clients on outings and errands.
• Provide safe transportation using your own vehicle.
• Maintain safety and effective communication with the team and documentation.
