Job summary

Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates, Inc. (C-NTA) seeks a compassionate Community Participation Direct Support Professional to help individuals live their best life in the community.

You’ll plan and lead outings, support independence and social skills, build relationships with local organizations, and provide safe transportation. You’ll document progress and model the organization’s Culture of Gratitude and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years old with valid PA driver’s license.
• Able to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening.
• Comfort with being active in community settings.
