In this entry-level role, you’ll partner with a care team, advocate, teach independent living skills, assist with transportation, and promote self-advocacy.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation.
• Good decision making and reliability.
• Ability to protect confidentiality and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Promote healthy living and prevent illness and accidents.
• Accompany people to work, the movies, concerts, shopping, and other community outings.
• Teach independent living skills.
• Provide transportation to appointments.
• Document the care you provide and maintain records.
• Support self-advocacy and protect confidentiality.
