A driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with strong emphasis on communication and patience. The position is part-time, with morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; experience in human services preferred.
• Must have a valid New York driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.
• Trained in required trainings within 90 days of hire and maintain certifications.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and not share an address with the person served.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision, training, and daily living assistance for activities such as self-care, social, and domestic skills.
