Job summary

Indian Creek Foundation seeks a Direct Support Professional – Emergency Relief to provide habilitation services and direct care in our residential program. You will communicate pertinent information to staff, document activities during each shift, and support residents with daily living tasks while upholding safety, privacy, and dignity.

Applicants should complete post-offer medical exams and background clearances, maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean three-year report, and be prepared

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of post-offer pre-employment physical exam and drug test as required.
• Completion and clearance of a criminal background check and a child abuse clearance.
• Has valid driver’s license with a clear three-year driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide habilitation services and direct care in the residential program.
• Communicate pertinent information to appropriate personnel and document shift activities.
• Support residents with daily living tasks while maintaining safety, privacy, and dignity.
• Complete documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and agency policies.
