Job summary

AbleLight in Littleton, Colorado is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who sincerely enjoy helping others succeed. You will build trust, promote independence, and assist with daily living and community participation, empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible.

You will work as part of a compassionate team, providing mentorship and advocacy while celebrating progress and encouraging personal growth in meaningful activities

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic and compassionate attitude with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining professionalism.
• Valid driver's license required and basic Living Skills support experience preferred.
