Job summary

AbleLight is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Bloomington, MN to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and pursue personal goals.

As a DSP, you will build trusted relationships, support daily living and community participation, and celebrate each person’s success with compassion, reliability, and teamwork. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build trust and meaningful connections with individuals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Dependable, professional attitude and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
