Sevita is hiring a Direct Support Professional to work onsite on a full-time day shift. No prior experience required; paid training is provided. Starting pay is $15.25 per hour, with on-demand pay and a referral bonus program.

You will support individuals in achieving personal goals, build trustful relationships, and promote inclusion in community activities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for at least 1 year and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record and ability to provide proof of insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in personal and developmental goals across budgeting, nutrition, and activities.
• Build strong relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
• Take initiative daily and contribute ideas in a supportive team.
• Assist with daily living activities including meal prep, medication administration, and outings.
• Promote inclusion and help individuals engage with their communities.
