Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. You’ll assist with personal hygiene, help participants pursue goals, and build meaningful relationships while fostering independence.

Pay is $21.00 per hour, with a full benefits package for full-time employees, PTO, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with a 3% company match. A High School Diploma and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with complex needs.
• Help participants set and pursue developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Develop real relationships and support community participation.
