Hope Network / Harbor House is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support individuals in Bay City, MI. This part-time DSP role covers 1st and 2nd shifts and involves helping with daily living skills, transportation, and community participation, while promoting independence.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a Michigan driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. CPR/First Aid certification is required, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Document care plans accurately and timely.
• Foster collaboration with individuals, families, and professionals.
