Qualifications

• Earned High School Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to communicate effectively with the individuals to whom services are provided.
• Experience in residential settings serving people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or related needs.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in achieving personal goals with a person-centered focus.
• Teach independent living and daily skills, addressing social, environmental, and health care needs.
• Plan and participate in social activities and frequent community outings with residents.
• Instruct and assist with household tasks like cleaning, meals, and shopping.
