Expect hands-on caregiving, safety monitoring, and teamwork with the care team. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Michigan driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, CPR/First Aid certification, and flexibility for shifts including

• Possesses valid State of Michigan driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and become CPR/First Aid certified.
• Shift availability includes full-time/part-time with weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Support to individuals to promote independence and community integration.
• Monitor safety 24/7 and support crisis prevention and resolution.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community participation.
• Attend medical appointments and communicate care plans to the team.
• Document care accurately and timely.
