Job summary

Mains'l Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work with an adult in his home in Hastings, MN. You will support daily living activities, transportation, medical appointments, and skill-building while promoting independence and safety.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, documentation, teamwork, and reliable communication. Must be 18+, have a MN driver’s license, and pass a DHS background check. Wages are $28.00/hour in Hastings, MN.

Responsibilities

• Teach and reinforce life skills; provide companionship and advocacy.
• Document care accurately to ensure continuity of support.
